Launched in 2006 by Bilgin Yachts, MIA KAI is a no ordinary motor yacht. This 98-foot, five-inch (30m) superyacht is truly exceptional. The attention to detail paid by her owner and crew ensures she is top-level, both in presentation and technically speaking. She is a standout in her size range on the market and is a recommended inspection for buyers.
Bilgin is behind the yacht’s unique layout, exterior design and naval architecture. Motor yacht MIA KAI has a 21-foot, four-inch (6.5m) beam and a draft of six feet, six inches (2m). She features composite construction, timber and fiberglass skin. MIA KAI presents in nearly perfect condition, that’s to an elevated level of maintenance owning to consistent and constant upgrades and updates. She was last refitted by various expert contractors in Phuket, Thailand, from 2015 to 2016. During this refit, her entire hull about the waterline was stripped, checked, re-fiber-glassed, faired and repainted with Awlgrip, ensuring that MIA KAI looks brand new and turns heads wherever she goes. MIA KAI’s superstructure has since been repainted as well.
In addition to her good looks, MIA KAI offers an impressive level of economy. She is extremely fuel-efficient and her composite hull construction ensures she is very sea kindly at slow displacement and semi-displacement speeds. She has a maximum speed of 16 knots and cruises at 10 to 12 knots.
The interior spaces of MIA KAI are welcoming and warm. Bathed in natural lighting thanks to large multiple windows, the main deck salon layout is unique and is truly versatile. It features a hidden flat-screen TV and a sensational sound system. The Verde and Natuzzi freestanding chair and sofa in the salon are situated around a chrome and marble table on soft New Zealand wool carpet. This sumptuous seating area offers a relaxed and elegant environment to spend time with family and friends. Luxury motor yacht MIA KAI welcomes eight guests in four beautifully appointed staterooms. The yacht carries a crew of five, who are accommodated in two crew cabins.
MIA KIA’s exterior is truly striking with beautiful lines. Her flybridge is the best in class for her size. It features a Jacuzzi and bar with a three-quarter suncover. Sun lovers will enjoy the aft sunlounges. MIA KAI is outfitted with a full suite of tenders and toys that enhance the on-water experience adding lots of fun and festivities to a day on the water.

MIA KAI has a very successful charter record, she is one of the most popular charter yachts in the region. Thailand VAT is paid for approved commercial operation and charter in Thailand.

The flybridge is best in class and is extremely functional. Featuring a bar, ice maker, refrigeration, Jacuzzi, dining table, 3/4 sun cover, day beds and a davit for the tender or a jet ski.
Featuring two large galleys. One commercial galley on the lower deck with crew mess, and one open galley with bar on the main deck adjoining the salon. Service to owner and guests is easy and convenient and perfect for any type of entertaining or holiday charter.
Hand-laid GRP (all-new from the waterline up, in 2015), over marine-grade plywood and Iroko timber frames, Iroko triple layer construction. The keel and longitudinal girders are laminated Iroko.
The paint finish is Moon Sand Awlgrip, applied in 2015. The decks are 12mm Burmese teak, beautifully laid by master craftsmen in 2016.
