Nautor’s Swan launched its second Flush Deck version of the Swan 115 line “ SHAMANNA” in May 2016, following the number one, “SOLLEONE”, which was launched in 2015.

Basic Construction data
The hull laminate is a foam cored carbon fiber epoxy reinforced construction from a female mould. A high proportion of the fibers are unidirectional resulting in a stiff structure.
The hull shell is a Sprint/Pre-preg carbon fiber foam sandwich construction, vacuumed and cured at minimum 70°C. The core is M-grade Corecell™ San foam, with high density for the more loaded areas.
The stiffeners and structural bulkheads are made of carbon sprint SE70 Prepreg. The bulkheads own a foam core. All openings and cut outs are surrounded by carbon re enforcements.
The chain plates are composite using epoxy resin and unidirectional carbon fiber straps laid over stainless steel bushings.
The main deck is constructed in a carbon fibre SPRINT/pre-preg sandwich construction with Corecell™ core. Coach roof and coamings are of a carbon fibre SPRINT/pre-preg sandwich construction with Corecell™ core. High density core is located in way of deck fittings.
The steering system is a twin rudder and twin wheel sprocket and a chain system with steel cables, 4 turns H.O. to H.O. The steering cables are independently connected to the rudder.
Isotop carbon fibre/epoxy rudders with a sacrificial tip and weed deflectors. Rudders are supported by self-aligning JP3 bearings.
Steering wheels are Nautor designed and 1400 mm, 3-spoked carbon composite wheels that can be disengaged. The helms man can adjust the platform he stands on to max. 25 Degrees.
SHAMANNA has 12 MM teak laid decks, 75 mm wide with black corking.

The main companionway is a power operated forward sliding hatch with a drop-board.

There are thirteen (13) Class approved hull windows. Two in the owner’s cabin, one in each guest cabin, four in the saloon, one in each crew cabin and one in galley. The hull windows have a clear view of 250 mm x 900 mm. They are made of tinted and toughened laminated safety glass. All hull windows will have electrical roller blinds.

The master cabin forward. A settee on port and vanity desk on starboard of the doorway. A centre line king size bed with forward of that the wc/bidet and stall shower. All usable spaces are functional with drawers and lockers as well as bed side tables. Highlights is the exquisite finish and the two hull windows.
2 Guest, twin bedded exact similar finish to the owners cabins with in board Pullmanns for two. Both cabins on either side of the hall are mirror images of each other. Every cabin has one hull window.
Guest cabin for two on port side, aft of the salon, en suite bathroom, badded headboard and all to exacting style as the other cabins. One hull window in this cabin for natural light.
Crew, the stall shower on port is for both crew cabins.
One captains cabin with upper / lower berth, obviously with all spaces utilized for storage.

Speakers are controlled using an iPod/iPad. Additionally there is a speaker on/off switch on starboard pedestal for controlling aft deck speakers.

All TV’s are connected to the Delta antenna for terrestrial TV. TV’s also connect to the Apple media system.
Owner’s cabin: A 40 inch LED TV, Samsung 6. TV connects to Samsung Blu-ray player BD-D6500.
Saloon: A 46 inch LED TV, Samsung Series 6. TV connects to Samsung Blu-ray player BD-D6500.
Crew mess: A 22 inch LED TV, Samsung Series 4.
The Apple Media system
Music and video streaming using Mac mini, Apple TV and iPod Touch.
There is one iPod Touch 16GB - white in Saloon, crew mess, owner's cabin guest cabins and cockpits (8 pcs). Each iPod connects to a local TV/stereo system using an Apple TV station.
A Mac mini including streaming software is positioned at the navigation station, connected to the Furuno display. Non encrypted music and video files can be stored on the Mac mini and streamed to the TV/stereo systems using the internal wireless network. Mac mini includes Apple wireless keyboard, Apple magic mouse and one additional Apple universal dock for iTunes synchronization.
Music files supported are MP3, AIFF, WAV, MPEG-4, AAC (.m4a) and Apple Lossless. Video file supported is non-encrypted MPEG-4.
All iPods are configured for the streaming server connection using the boats internal network.
Mac mini is preinstalled with the streaming server software and iTunes.
A Silva 5” magnetic steering compasses at each steering console.
Digital gyrocompass system Sperry marine Navigat X Mk2 will be used as the sole heading source for the autopilot, the radar and other navigational instruments requiring accurate heading information.

A Furuno NavNet TZT radar/chart plotting system with operator stations at the navigation area and steering consoles.
Navigation area station comprises of a black-box processor TZTBB, TZT remote controller and a 19” LCD screen MU-190 HD. One additional 19” LCD screen MU190 HD is connected to the Dell computer.
Each steering console is installed with one multifunction display 14.1”, Furuno Navnet TZT14.
Navigation software, MaxSea TimeZero Explorer is integrated with the Furuno NavNet TZT system and installed on Dell computer.

There is an Option Globesurfer III GSM/3G telephone terminal connected to the Delta antenna and to a wireless Panasonic DECT telephone. The telephone is also connected to the Dell computer for Internet and for sending and receiving e-mail.
There is a Yachtspot 4G & Wi-Fi system that searches for public “hot-spots” or 4G/LTE/3G networks and broadcasts the service onto the yacht’s wireless local area network (WLAN).
Internet access controller, Livewire FB10 PRO allows visibility and control of vessel communication devices. Unit is connected to Yachtspot Wi-Fi/4G terminal and KVH satellite telephone terminal.

An individual 24V Marsili/Rexroth power pack.
The Autopilot is driving the steering quadrants via twin Rexroth low friction
cylinders. There is a hydraulic back-up for emergency use, supplied from
the main hydraulic system.
The yacht is equipped with a 2.9 m long hydraulically operated telescopic stainless steel gangway. The gangway which has laid teak is installed on starboard side in the lazarette and covered with a flush mounted transom hatch. It has a remote control operation as well as control buttons.
A carbon fibre lightweight bathing ladder is stored in the dinghy garage. There are flush mounted stainless steel key-hole fittings on the bathing platform for easy installation. When the bathing ladder is installed on the platform, three steps are below the water surface.
