JUS CHILL’N is an impressive 2012 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo model which has been professionally maintained with low hours and many extra features and equipment.  Setting her apart from other Bravo models is her factory-built cockpit with a stowed davit for loading jet skis and other equipment and a TNT lift to easily handle a tender or to be used as a platform for swimming.

The vessel features a three-stateroom layout with two King Staterooms and one Queen Stateroom.  The crew quarters are located aft with two berths and a crew lounge. Her twin Caterpillar C-32 Acerts boast 1600 horsepower each and have only 2200 original hours.  JUS CHILL’N cruises at an impressive 20 knots and can reach a top speed of 24 knots.

Boarding the vessel from the aft deck there is a teak table w/ built in seating aft and two folding teak chairs.  To post there is a walk-up bar with refrigerator and stairs to the flybridge to starboard.  Stairs both port and starboard lead down to the factory-built cockpit and further to the TNT lift.

The flybridge can be accessed from a staircase from the aft deck or a spiral staircase from the forward main salon.  The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm, three-sided EZC2Y enclosure, two helm chairs, settee with table to port and a bar w/3 barstools to starboard.  Aft is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck for setting up chairs and entertaining.
