October 2021 Sold Round-Up
Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the following seven yachts that took place in the month of October.
The 2011 156’ (47.6m) Delta Motor Yacht ROCHADE was sold by Yacht Broker Wes Sanford, representing the seller. Her latest refit was in 2021.
The 155’ (46.24m) Christensen Motor Yacht ONE MORE TOY was sold by Yacht Broker Paul Daubner, who was representing the buyer. She embodies careful construction from 2001 and continual refits throughout the years to ensure the latest technology, luxury and comfort is detailed for any guests onboard. Her latest upgrade was in 2018.
The 130’ (39.6m) Westport Motor Yacht REBELLIOUS, built in 2006, was sold by Yacht Broker Whit Kirkland, who acted on the behalf of the seller. Her latest refit was in 2018.
The 1994 115’ (35.1m) Westport-Crescent Motor Yacht LIFE OF RILEY, a custom-built tri-deck cockpit motor yacht designed for extended long-range cruising in complete comfort and safety, received her latest refit in 2015. She was sold by Yacht Broker Jim Elliot. He acted on behalf of the seller.
The 80’ (24.4m) Vic Frank Sailing Yacht TATOOSH, built in 1961, was sold by Yacht Broker Tom Corkett, representing both the buyer and the seller. She was custom built for a member of the Boeing Aircraft family, offering gorgeous personalization and luxury amenities on board.
The 2001 52’ (15.9m) Tiara Yachts Motor Yacht TRANQUILITY was sold by Yacht Broker Tom Corkett, representing both the buyer and the seller.
The 46’ (14.0m) Salon Express Motor Yacht NANCY was built in 2014, exuding luxury and comfort. It was sold by Yacht Broker Michael Geraghty, representing both the buyer and the seller.
