TATOOSH 80' (24.38m) Sailing Yacht Sold

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the in-house sale of the 80′ (24.38m) sailing yacht TATOOSH by Yacht Broker Tom Corkett, representing the buyer and seller. 

TATOOSH is a timeless sailing yacht courtesy of the Vic Franck Boatyard in Seattle, Washington, with designs by Ben Seaborne. The sailing yacht is a wonder to behold, designed and built for world cruising and sailing enthusiasts. She was custom-made for a member of the Boeing Aircraft family and was considered one of the most luxurious sailing yachts ever commissioned in the Pacific Northwest. Her hull is constructed with durable Alaskan Yellow Cedar and features bronze fasteners. 

The sailing yacht’s interior has a comforting elegance that is both welcoming and beautiful. The teak paneling and teak and holly varnished floors are the highlights of the functional and practical living spaces aboard TATOOSH. Her main salon encourages relaxation and is outfitted with a built-in settee and two chairs. The galley allows for seamless meal preparations while at sea, equipped with all the essentials. 

TATOOSH sleeps eight guests comfortably in three well-appointed cabins. Her full-beam master cabin is fitted with two large double berths with an en-suite bath. Forward on the port side is a guest stateroom with a double berth and a single berth. Further accommodations include another guest stateroom just opposite of the other, with a large double berth. Both guest staterooms share a bath. The sailing yacht also has a crew cabin forward for two crewmembers. 

The sailing yacht’s deck is spacious and features an impressive cockpit. She can accommodate 15 people with ample seating on each side of the center steering console. TATOOSH is in excellent condition thanks to the meticulous maintenance of her previous owners.
