160’ (48.77m) Trinity NO BAD IDEAS Back on the Market for Sale

Northrop & Johnson announces NO BAD IDEAS is back on the market for sale with yacht broker Alex Rogers. She is asking $21,900,000 and will be available for viewings during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 28 to November 1, 2026.

The return of NO BAD IDEAS to the market follows a $20 million refit completed in April 2024 after two years of work. The project went well beyond interior and cosmetic updates, with significant changes made to the yacht’s structure, engineering, deck spaces and guest areas.

Among the most substantial work, the hull was extended by 10 feet and the keel by approximately 25 feet, while more than 27 tons of ballast were added. The project also saw more than 60% of the hull plating renewed, along with work to the yacht’s through-hulls, stern tubes, rudder foils and stabilizer foundations. The rudders were increased in size by 25%.

Guest spaces were also extensively reconsidered. The flybridge now incorporates a forward Jacuzzi, custom bar and U-shaped dining, while the bridge deck aft provides shaded dining for 12 and a wraparound settee. A 10-person Jacuzzi on the swim platform creates another dedicated outdoor gathering space. The refit also introduced a new mast and hardtop, replacement teak decks, a Shark Gray Awlgrip hull and Matterhorn White superstructure.

A La Mer redesigned the interior, which accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms. The arrangement includes a full-beam main-deck master with two walk-in closets, a private sitting area and his-and-her en-suite, plus two lower-deck VIPs with king beds and two convertible twin-to-king cabins. A main-deck VIP spa suite with a convertible massage table provides an additional flexible guest and wellness space.

Technology and onboard amenities were similarly addressed during the project, with a Savant AV system, dual Starlink antennas and Sailor VSAT among the connectivity upgrades. NO BAD IDEAS also carries a 17-foot Walker Bay with a 115hp Yamaha, four Sea-Doo GTI 130 SE Jet Skis, four underwater scooters, an inflatable dock, slide and climbing wall.

With her ABS Class survey recently completed, NO BAD IDEAS returns to the sales market following one of the most comprehensive periods of investment in her history.
