A stunning “pocket superyacht,” the 108-foot (32.92m) Benetti motor yacht KELLY ANN offers all the amenities expected on a large yacht. KELLY ANN is a member of her Italian builder’s Tradition Supreme series, which implies her superlative features, performance, and stunning good looks. This stand-out luxury yacht for sale was launched in 2015. She boasts a 24-foot (7.32m) beam and has a draft of eight feet (2.43m). Motor yacht KELLY ANN has a nautical mile range of 2,000. She cruises at 11 knots and has a maximum speed of 15 knots. Zero Speed stabilizers promise comfort while aboard.
The interior of KELLY ANN is modern, sleek, and stylish, with an extensive interior soft goods refit and exterior furniture upgrade completed in 2020. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, rich oak wood floors and mahogany paneling and cabinetry are found throughout the main deck from the salon to the dining room. The furnishings are bright, light, and modern. A welcoming main salon is found aft on the deck. The dining room is forward of the salon and the galley is located on the main deck to port forward of the dining room. KELLY ANN’s skylounge features the same rich wood floors as the main deck as well as a large couch to starboard and storage with a high/low TV to port. A bar area with seating is located port forward and features a sink, wine refrigerator and ice maker.
Ten guests are accommodated in Benetti motor yacht KELLY ANN’s five beautiful staterooms. The master stateroom is located furthest forward on the main deck. It is outfitted with a king-size bed and features huge cutout windows to port and starboard; these flood the space with natural light. A spacious en-suite bathroom has an expanded glass shower, a private head and double sinks as well as a large, walk-in closet. There is also a dresser in the master stateroom. KELLY ANN’s additional guest staterooms are located on the lower deck. These include two mirror queens and two mirror twins. Each is outfitted with an en-suite with glass showers, large modern sinks and beautiful stonework. All staterooms have large, modern, rectangular shaped windows. KELLY ANN is run by a professional crew of six.
The on-deck spaces of KELLY ANN are remarkable. The main deck aft features a large dining table with bench seating aft and chairs forward. The skylounge aft deck features an additional large, covered dining table with additional seating as well as two large outdoor sofas to both port and starboard. This aft deck features clear Lexan windscreens for an unobstructed view.
The expansive sundeck’s large, centerline, Jacuzzi is found aft as are as chaise lounge chairs. Forward is a covered area that features additional seating as well as a lower seating area that provides another driving station and seating. KELLY ANN’s foredeck features additional padded areas for sunbathing and her beach club has tender and jet ski storage. When open it offers a large area for sunbathing, as well as access to the water by a swim ladder.
LULU is a pocket megayacht. She has the interior and deck space feel of a much larger yacht, with spacious accommodations for 10 in the owner’s party in 4 generous ensuite staterooms on the lower deck and a palatial master suite forward on the main deck.
In keeping with the modern trend, LULU has floor to ceiling windows (and corresponding cutouts in the bulwarks either side of the Owner’s stateroom and the main saloon offering superb views of the surroundings. Similarly, the guest staterooms feature large windows in the hull.
Outside areas have been significantly improve over the previous Tradition line. The swim step, the fold down transom, the aft deck, the bridge deck and the sun deck are all considerably larger. Forward is a comfortable seating area with steps up to a generous sun pad forward of the wheelhouse.
LULU is VAT paid, commercially registered and entered the charter market only this year. She has been very successful, with frequent back to back bookings. She is fully set up for this business and booked charters can transfer to the new owner if desired.
The aft deck is sheltered by the sky lounge deck above and has a bench settee facing a large teak dining table with six dining chairs providing for a party of 10. Gates either side lead down to the swim step or ‘beach club if the transom is open. The stbd gate also leads to the passerelle if it is deployed. An electric sliding stainless framed glass door leads forward to the main salon.
The Main Salon is bright and airy with pale oak fluted paneling with wenge accents, dark wood plank flooring, comfortable pale upholstered sofas to port and forward facing a glass coffee table and a single armchair. The feature of this room is the huge floor to ceiling window to stbd providing a mesmerizing view.
Forward is the formal dining salon with a large table set athwartships with seating for 10. A similar floor to ceiling window is here, this time on the port side.
A hidden sliding door to port leads forward to the galley, described in greater detail below, while a sliding door to stbd leads to the lobby with a sliding stainless framed door outboard to the side deck, staircases to the lower deck and wheelhouse and a dayhead inboard the owner’s suite forward.
The owner’s suite has a king size berth against the forward bulkhead flanked by night tables and enormous floor to ceiling feature windows. A full walk in closet and huge bathroom with his and hers wash hand basins, a large shower/tub with sliding glass spash panels and a separate WC with a bidet complete the suite.
On the lower deck are four guest staterooms. The aft pair are identical mirror images with queen size berths, hanging lockers, dressing tables, large hull windows and ensuite shower rooms. The forward pair are also mirror images, this time with twin berths, large hull windows and ensuite shower rooms.
On the upper deck the comfortable wheelhouse is very impressive with 270 degree views through vertical widows. All equipment is logically laid out and is described in detail below. Aft and up a few steps is the expansive skylounge. There are no side decks here, so the width of this room is greater than expected. An essential bar is in the forward port corner, and a dayhead is forward to stbd adjacent to the stairs to the flybridge via a sliding glass hatch. A comfortable settee to stbd faces two casual arm chairs and cabinetry to port concealing a pop-up tv. Aft is a glass wall with sliding glass doors leading out to the deck.
The skylounge deck is free of small boats which are stored in the garage, so the space is never compromised. A large dining table with 10 chairs is ideal for an alfresco meal, aft of which is a grouping of outdoor sofas around a coffee table. The bulwarks here are topped with stainless railings and clear lexan windscreens providing expansive views. Aft to stbd a staircase leads down to the aft deck and another leads up to the sundeck.
Stainless and lexan railings surround the sundeck. A large Jacuzzi is just forward of several sunloungers and a convivial conversation area is further forward with L shaped settees and drinks tables under the arch shade. A few steps in the center lead down to the Flybridge control station to stbd and a comfortable observation settee to port.
In all, the guest areas are Supreme. There are plenty of spaces inside and out for large gatherings and several more to get away with a book and be alone. And at all times you are engaged with the sea with clear sightlines to the horizon.
Crew areas are well thought out with three twin berth ensuite cabins, a proper crew mess, large galley, and full laundry.
The pullman style galley is to port amidships with a pantograph door to the side deck and a short stairway inboard up to the pilothouse.
