  • Drydocking at MB92 Shipyard, Barcelona- 5 year Lloyd’s survey. January-March 2022.
  • Shafts and propellers sent to Germany for refurbishing. 
  • New shaft line bearings x 6 installed.
  • All tanks cleaned and recoated.
  • Antifouling, Cathelco anodes replaced.
  • All through hull valves replaced with new.
  • Hydraulic hoses replaced on all shell doors, stern passerelle & side boarding ladder.
  • Gearboxes serviced by ZF.
  • Bow thruster serviced by manufacturer- Brunvoll.
  • Stern thruster serviced by manufacturer- Voith.
  • Steering gear serviced by Kongsberg.
  • Stabilizers serviced (2000h and 1000h maintenance) by Quantum. 
  • Hi Fog system serviced by manufacturer- Marioff.
  • Gyrocompass x 2 serviced, 1 x gyro sphere replaced- Raytheon approved serviced provider NAVCOM.
  • Waste ducting cleaned and serviced by MB92 in house contractor.
  • Passerelle and side boarding ladder serviced by in house contractor at MB92.
  • Tender gantry cranes serviced by manufacturer- Fuchs.
  • Rescue boat crane serviced by manufacturer- Gilbert & Schmalriede
  • Telescopic mast serviced by manufacturer.
  • HUG Exhaust cleaners serviced by manufacturer.
  • All A/C ducting cleaned by MB92 in house contractor.
  • All A/C air handler fans overhauled by crew. 
  • All lifesaving appliances and firefighting equipment serviced.

2021

  • Palma- SDT Shipyard September- October 2021.
  • Main Engines serviced 6,000HR.
  • Generators serviced 12,000HR- both completed by Schiffsdiesel Technik Kiel (MTU) Germany.
  • Funnel and mast repainted.

2020

  • Jacksonville- BAE Systems Shipyard February 2020.
  • 2 weeks drydocking- antifouling, stabilizers service and minor below waterline work.
  • Stabilizers serviced by quantum for 4000H.

2019

  • Barcelona- MB92 Shipyard September 2019.
  • Generator 6,000H services completed by SDT Kiel. 
  • Main engine 3000H services completed by SDT Kiel.
  • HUG exhaust treatment system 6,000HR service.
  • Hull painted under warranty from Lurssen.

2018

  • Barcelona- MB92 Shipyard September 2018.
  • Drydocking, antifouling, stern & bow thruster services, Quantum stabilizer 4,000H service.

2017

  • Barcelona- MB92 Shipyard October 2017.
