Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce that the 153′ (46.6m) KAJAK is now offered for sale with Yacht Brokers Ed Dickinson and Wes Sanford. She is listed at $11,900,000, US Duty paid.
Built by North American Shipbuilding and delivered in 2002, KAJAK underwent extensive refit work between 2023 and 2026. The custom yacht features naval architecture by Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec and interior and exterior design by Luiz de Basto. She was built to ABS classification and MCA compliance and has a semi-displacement hull.
Among KAJAK’s defining features is her private upper deck dedicated to the owners. The aft-facing master suite has a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, two en-suite bathrooms and nine vertical windows with 270-degree views. A private aft deck, library and family room complete the owner’s deck. In total, KAJAK accommodates 10 guests across five staterooms, with two VIPs and two twin staterooms on the lower deck, all en-suite.
Her interior incorporates Ralph Lauren Home styling, African Makore mahogany and Tuscan marble. Above, the partially enclosed sundeck pairs a forward observation area with 270-degree views with an open aft area featuring a large Jacuzzi and sunbathing space.
KAJAK is also fully wheelchair accessible, with a custom dock-side lift and an elevator serving every deck. She is equipped with Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers and twin Caterpillar 3512B engines producing 2,250hp each. Performance includes a 13-knot cruising speed, an 18-knot maximum speed and an approximate 5,000-nautical-mile range at 13 knots.
