BREEZY DAY Westport 112 Yacht for Sale

Posted October 14, 2026 in Brokerage & New Build

Northrop & Johnson announces the addition of BREEZY DAY, a 112’ (34.14m) Westport built in 2005, to its sales fleet. Following extensive mechanical work in 2026 and a $750,000 interior renovation, the yacht is offered for $5,950,000 with yacht brokers Wes Sanford, Mike Finnegan and Sean Doyle.

The most notable investment in BREEZY DAY is the August 2026 rebuild of her twin 2,000hp MTU 16V 2000 M91 engines. Both underwent complete QL4 overhauls and have zero hours since major overhaul, with transferable warranty protection remaining through August 2027. Her July 2026 yard period also addressed the running gear, including shaft alignment and truing, replacement bearings and seals, and propeller reconditioning and balancing. With a Jack Sarin-designed modified-V hull, the yacht achieves 25 knots at maximum speed and cruises at 21 knots. Her 5’6” (1.68m) draft is particularly suited to shallow-water cruising in the Bahamas and South Florida.

The mechanical investment follows a $750,000 interior refit overseen by Thomas Anthony Design, which updated the yacht’s salon, dining area, galley, guest suites and crew spaces. Improvements include new white oak flooring, quartz finishes, contemporary furnishings and upgraded bathrooms. The main-deck arrangement incorporates a formal dining table for eight, several lounge areas and a country-style galley with its own dinette. Starlink connectivity and Control4 entertainment technology are also installed.

BREEZY DAY sleeps eight guests across four en-suite cabins. The accommodation plan comprises a full-beam master with separate his-and-hers bathrooms, a forward VIP with independent access, a queen guest cabin and a twin cabin that converts to a king. Five crew are accommodated separately in three cabins.

The yacht’s exterior layout includes an enclosed, air-conditioned and heated aft deck arranged for dining and entertaining, while the hardtop-covered flybridge provides a second helm, bar, barbecue, dining seating and hot tub. Additional features include two WaveRunners, a 2,000-pound hydraulic davit and foredeck lounging areas.
