SUMMERDANCE Now Asking $14,950,000 Following Additional Price Reduction

Northrop & Johnson announces an additional $250,000 price reduction for SUMMERDANCE. The 146’ (44.5m) Trinity is now asking $14,950,000, with $500,000 in reductions this month and $3 million taken off her asking price since entering the market just under a year ago. A $5 million refit was carried out over 10 months in Fort Lauderdale in 2025, which introduced a redesigned interior by Bonville & Associates, while exterior work included Matterhorn White Awlgrip paint, refreshed teak decking, new canvas and updated exterior cushions.

Her recent maintenance history also includes major overhauls of the Caterpillar 3512B engines in 2024 and rebuilt Northern Lights generators in 2023. Her 20-year ABS survey was completed in September 2024, and Quantum Marine zero-speed stabilizers support comfort at anchor. With approximately 2,300 nautical miles of range when traveling at 10 knots, she is set up for extended cruising.

Originally built by Trinity in 2004, SUMMERDANCE also underwent a 2017 extension that incorporated a new swim platform and modified transom. Her layout provides five staterooms for 10 guests and accommodations for nine crew, complemented by extensive guest spaces across three decks. A Jacuzzi, multiple bars, alfresco dining areas and a bridge deck aft seating area for 10 are among her exterior amenities.
