SALES ROUND UP JULY/AUGUST

The 118-foot (36m) CNL luxury motor yacht SAUDADES was sold by Sales Brokers Joost Goverts and Ed Dickinson, acting on behalf of the seller. Built in 1981 by CNL, SAUDADES was only on the market with Northrop & Johnson for six months before she was sold.

The 100-foot (30.5m) Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht SKIPPER was sold by Sales Broker Jochen Brill, acting on behalf of the seller. Ideal for long-distance cruising, SKIPPER can accommodate six guests in three cabins.

The 98-foot (29.87m) Broward motor yacht MIDSUMMER DREAM was sold by Sales Broker Paul Daubner, acting on behalf of the seller. MIDSUMMER DREAM boasts an elegant, yet casual interior with guest three staterooms.

The  95-foot (29m) Admiral Marine Works motor yacht SERENITY II by Sales Broker Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the seller and the buyer. SERENITY II offers many amenities often found on larger yachts, including an on-deck master and spacious crew quarters.

The 86-foot (26.21m) Skallerud motor yacht THREE WINCHES was sold by Sales Broker Paul Daubner, acting on behalf of the seller. THREE WINCHES has benefitted from numerous updates and provides grand comfort to owners and guests.

The 77-foot (23.4m) Azimut 77S motor yacht GOOD YEAR III was sold by Sales Broker Michael Graff, acting on behalf of the buyer. GOOD YEAR III is a stunning Italian-built yacht featuring clean lines and ample storage for tenders and water toys.

The 72-foot (21.93m) classic Trumpy DISCOVERY was sold by Sales Broker Jonathan Chapman, acting on behalf of the seller. DISCOVERY is the third-to-last Trumpy built and was the last of the desired houseboats with an on-deck galley to be built.

The 64-foot (19.68m) sailing yacht HARDSHIP III was sold by Sales Broker Simon Turner, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. HARDSHIP III is a rare “tall rig” version of the Swan 65 ketch with many semi-custom features.

The 56-foot (17.06m) Nautor Swan MOONDANCE was sold by Sales Broker Simon Turner, acting on behalf of the buyer. This marks the third time Simon has sold this sailing yacht.

The 48-foot (14.8m) sailing yacht PATRIOT was sold by Sales Broker Brian Commette, acting on behalf of the seller. PATRIOT boasts numerous notable upgrades, including a high-quality fit and finish.

The 48-foot (14.6m) Ocean Alexander motor yacht AQUARIUS was sold by Sales Broker Bruce Leffers, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. AQUARIUS is a beautiful sedan trawler that is superbly equipped.

The 44-foot (13.39m) Oy Nautor Ab sailing yacht CYGNET was sold by Sales Broker Simon Turner, who acted on behalf of the buyer and seller. CYGNET is an ideal family cruising yacht with a wide companionway and open layout.

The 44-foot (13.4m) Global Marine MELBA was sold by Sales Broker Hank Halsted, acting on behalf of the buyer.

The 36-foot (10.97m) Hinckley LINDA was sold by Sales Brokers Bill Titus, acting on behalf of the seller and Bruce Leffers, acting on behalf of the buyer.

The 29-foot (8.8m) Hinckley EMILY ANN was sold by Sales Broker Bruce Leffers, acting on behalf of the seller. EMILY ANN has been meticulously maintained and is in turnkey condition.
