109’ (33.2m) Sovereign Motor Yacht MARBELLA IV Now Asking $3,295,000

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a $155,000 price reduction on MARBELLA IV, now asking $3,295,000. The 109’1″ (33.25m) Sovereign motor yacht is offered for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland.

Built in 2001, MARBELLA IV completed a $2.2 million, 10-month refit in 2026, bringing substantial updates to her interior, exterior and technical systems. The work follows a major mechanical refit in 2016, which included new Caterpillar C-18 ACERT engines, new generators and new Atlas power management equipment.

The latest refit included an interior redesign by Paturzo Yacht Design, with approximately $593,000 invested in new furniture, carpeting, headliners, millwork, wallcoverings, soft goods and artwork. Approximately $1.6 million was directed toward the yacht’s mechanical and electrical systems, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics and exterior spaces. Key upgrades include a new 20-ton Dometic reverse-cycle air-conditioning system, 21 new or rebuilt air handlers and new Garmin navigation, radar, communications and FLIR equipment.

MARBELLA IV accommodates eight guests in four en-suite staterooms, including a full-beam, on-deck master suite with a king-size berth. Her guest accommodations also include a full-beam VIP suite and two additional staterooms with queen berths, one of which can convert to twins.

Her exterior areas were also updated during the refit. The flybridge accommodates more than 15 guests and features a custom fiberglass hardtop by Flemming Marine Composites, new teak decking, new exterior upholstery, a five-person Jacuzzi, dining area, service bar, gas firepit, 55-inch television and gas barbecue station. A custom stainless steel passenger lift connects the aft deck with the flybridge, while the hydraulic swim platform provides boarding access and serves as a launching system for the 2015 14′ Aquascan tender.

MARBELLA IV is powered by twin Caterpillar C-18 ACERT Tier III diesel engines and is equipped with Naiad fin stabilizers, a triple Seakeeper stabilization system, ABT bow and stern thrusters and twin 55kW Kohler generators.
