MARBELLA IV represents an rare opportunity to acquire a 109'1” (33.25m) Sovereign motor yacht that has just completed a $2.2 million, 10-month refit completed in 2026. Built in 2001, she also benefited from a major mechanical refit in 2016, including new Caterpillar C-18 ACERT engines, new generators and new Atlas power management equipment. Combining a proven modified Westport hull with Sovereign's custom interior design and finish package, MARBELLA IV has been comprehensively modernized while retaining the pedigree of her original build.

The recent refit included an extensive interior transformation by Paturzo Yacht Design, with all new furniture, carpeting, headliners, millwork, wallcoverings, soft goods and artwork throughout. Approximately $593,000 was invested in the interior, while approximately $1.6 million was dedicated to upgrades of the mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics and exterior spaces. Among the principal improvements are a completely new 20-ton Dometic reverse-cycle air conditioning system by FCS Marine, 21 new or rebuilt air handlers, and new Garmin navigation, radar, communications and FLIR equipment throughout.

Powered by twin Caterpillar C-18 ACERT Tier III diesel engines, MARBELLA IV is further enhanced by Naiad fin stabilizers, a triple Seakeeper stabilization system, ABT bow and stern thrusters, and twin 55kW Kohler generators. The yacht's engineering package reflects the same level of investment seen throughout the vessel, with professionally serviced machinery and upgraded onboard systems.

MARBELLA IV accommodates eight guests in four en-suite staterooms. The full-beam on-deck master suite features a king-size berth, private sitting area, his-and-hers closets, electric blackout curtains, retractable television, and an ensuite with dual sinks, a two-person shower, and a separate toilet room with bidet. The full-beam VIP suite includes a walk-in closet, sitting area, makeup station, abundant storage, and an ensuite with a private toilet room and bidet. Two additional guest staterooms each offer queen berths, with one convertible to twin beds, along with ensuite facilities, custom vanities and generous storage. Separate crew accommodations provide quarters for three to five crew, including a private captain's cabin aft.

The main salon was completely redesigned during the refit with new custom furnishings, updated finishes and lighting while retaining the yacht's distinctive vaulted ceiling with indirect lighting. Forward, the formal dining area accommodates eight guests around a custom tempered glass dining table and benefits from large windows, a quartzite bar station, integrated refrigeration and dedicated storage. The galley has been comprehensively updated with a Viking induction cooktop, Samsung dual convection steam oven, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Liebherr refrigerator/freezer, Ice-Pure icemaker, dishwasher, and a 12-foot chef's preparation counter.

Exterior spaces have also been extensively upgraded. The flybridge, which can comfortable welcome over 15 guests for entertaining, features a custom fiberglass hardtop by Flemming Marine Composites, new teak decking, all new exterior upholstery, a large dining area, service bar, gas firepit, five-person Jacuzzi, 55-inch daylight-viewable television, gas barbecue station, and a custom stainless steel passenger lift connecting the aft deck and flybridge. The aft deck centers around a large mahogany dining table seating 8-10 guests, complemented by a water station and undercounter refrigerator. At the stern, the hydraulic swim platform serves as both a boarding platform and launching system for the 2015 14' Aquascan tender. Full walkaround side decks further enhance accessibility and privacy while underway.

Following her 2026 modernization program, MARBELLA IV presents in turnkey condition with significant investment in her interior, engineering and onboard systems. The combination of a comprehensive refit, mechanical upgrades, on-deck master arrangement, modern stabilization package, and extensively updated technical systems positions her as one of the most comprehensively upgraded yachts in her class.
