Northrop & Johnson announces TIGER LILY TOO, the only Gunboat 90 ever produced, is now offered for sale with Yacht Brokers Richard Callender and Sean McCarter. The 2010 custom performance cruising catamaran is asking $14,995,000.

Coming to market following significant investment in recent years, TIGER LILY TOO underwent an $11 million refit at Newport Shipyard from 2019 to 2021, followed by another program of upgrades in 2025. The earlier project was extensive, with all onboard systems replaced or upgraded across machinery, appliances, electronics and more.

Beyond systems renewal, the refit made substantial changes to how the yacht functions onboard. A full-width carbon beam replaced four structural posts previously located in the salon, creating a more open interior arrangement. The galley was also relocated into the starboard hull, separating crew operations from the principal guest areas. At the same time, work extended to the mast components, sail package, standing and running rigging, daggerboards, titanium rudder bearings, coach roof, exterior styling and boarding arrangements, with PTO-driven bow thrusters also incorporated.

The investment program continued last year. In 2025, TIGER LILY TOO received replacement teak across the transoms, steps and both cockpits, a mast repaint and overhaul, a replacement headstay and a rig overhaul incorporating a new switch car stack pack and car system. Her sails were updated with a North 3Di main and Solent with an RP locking headboard.

Originally designed by Morrelli & Melvin and built in Cape Town, South Africa, TIGER LILY TOO was constructed as a full-carbon composite platform using a Nomex aramid honeycomb core, carbon fiber inner skins and Kevlar outer skins. Lifting rudders and daggerboards reduce her draft to 5.2 feet. Although conceived as a performance multihull, she has never been raced, with her operational history instead centered on cruising.

Her configuration includes accommodation for eight guests in four cabins and separate quarters for up to four crew. She also carries an energy package comprising 53 solar panels with 7,700 watts of generating capacity and a high-capacity battery bank.
