Northrop & Johnson announces JUST A VACATION, the 97′ (29m) 2024 Ocean Alexander 30R, to the sales fleet. The yacht is offered with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker David Michie at $12,900,000 and will be on display with Northrop & Johnson at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 28 to November 1, 2026.

Designed for effortless entertaining spread across several areas, JUST A VACATION provides social spaces from the main deck through to the waterline. Her custom dining table seats 10 and extends for 12, while the enclosed flybridge/skylounge adds a separate climate-controlled gathering area. Outside, the bridge deck aft is arranged for alfresco dining for 10 with a grill, fold-down television and awning. JUST A VACATION’s air-conditioned beach club is complete with a bar, interior seating, and access to the lowering swim platform, perfect for guests who want to spend hours at the water’s edge.

The yacht was extensively personalized during construction, with more than 200 owner-selected changes and upgrades made to the standard Ocean Alexander 30R. The modifications extend across the accommodations, galley, storage, entertaining spaces and onboard equipment.

JUST A VACATION accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms, led by a full-beam owner’s suite forward on the main deck. Below are a full-beam king VIP, two queen staterooms and a convertible twin cabin.

Powered by twin MAN V12-1900 diesel engines, JUST A VACATION has an approximate cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 23 knots. Her specification also includes underway and at-rest stabilization, a thruster package, Atlas 50/60 Hz power, and Starlink with Wi-Fi.
