96’ (29m) Lantana NORDIC STAR Now Asking $1,350,000

Northrop & Johnson announces a $100,000 price reduction on the 96’ (29m) Lantana NORDIC STAR. Now asking $1,350,000, the yacht is listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson Graham Rutherford.

Built in 1969 by Lantana Shipyard in Florida, NORDIC STAR is a custom-built, Hargrave-designed pilothouse motor yacht featuring welded aluminum construction and a semi-displacement hull. Designed for economical long-range cruising, she offers an approximate 3,000-nautical-mile range, with twin Caterpillar D343T engines, a 10-knot cruising speed and a 12-knot maximum speed.

NORDIC STAR has undergone significant improvements, including a major 2014/2015 refit that introduced new interior teak joinery, teak-and-holly flooring, updated upholstery, galley improvements and navigation electronics. More recently, a comprehensive 2025 exterior refresh included new paint applied after stripping to bare metal, fresh varnish, new aft-deck isinglass, hull inspection and running gear servicing.

Her three-stateroom layout accommodates six guests, including a full-beam master suite with a king-size berth and two twin guest staterooms, all with private en-suite facilities. She also provides accommodations for five crew. Exterior spaces include two aft-deck seating and dining areas, a flybridge with seating and a foredeck lounge.

Additional features include Naiad fin stabilizers, a Wesmar 57hp bow thruster and four helm stations, including the pilothouse, flybridge and two wing stations.
