The 70-foot (21.2m) MI LIAN is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Sales Broker Jim Poulsen; the sailing yacht is asking $610,000.

MI LIAN is an exceptional sailing yacht that was built by Alloy and Steel Boats in 1997 and has seen constant upgrades throughout her life, including two major refits in 2012 and 2018. The luxury yacht is offered in turnkey condition. MI LIAN’s new owner will benefit from the current owner’s mentality of “ease of maintenance and more time at sea.”

The yacht was designed by the renowned Joe Adams who designs sailing yachts that push the limits for sailing in the harshest offshore conditions and notable race winners. MI LIAN is the largest Joe Adams designed sailing yacht to date.
