Northrop & Johnson announces a $100,000 price reduction for MARBELLA IV, now asking $3,195,000. The 109’1” (33.25m) Sovereign motor yacht is listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland.

Built in 2001, MARBELLA IV is in excellent condition after a $2.2 million refit completed over 10 months in 2026. The program directed approximately $1.6 million toward her mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing, hydraulic and exterior systems, with an additional $593,000 invested across the interior.

Among the most significant technical updates was the installation of a new 20-ton Dometic reverse-cycle air-conditioning system by FCS Marine, supported by 21 new or rebuilt air handlers. Her electronics were also updated with new Garmin navigation, radar and communications equipment and FLIR equipment. This work builds on a 2016 mechanical refit, which included new Caterpillar C-18 ACERT Tier III main engines, generators and Atlas power management equipment.

MARBELLA IV’s stabilization and maneuvering equipment includes Naiad fin stabilizers, a triple Seakeeper system and ABT bow and stern thrusters. She accommodates eight guests across four en-suite staterooms, with the full-beam master positioned on deck.

The 2026 refit also refreshed the yacht’s exterior guest areas. Her flybridge received new teak decking and exterior upholstery and is arranged with a five-person Jacuzzi, gas firepit, barbecue station and custom stainless-steel passenger lift to the aft deck. At water level, a hydraulic swim platform provides access to the yacht’s 2015 14′ Aquascan tender.
