85’ (25.91m) Jongert AVENTURER Now Asking $1,250,000

Northrop & Johnson announces a $245,000 price reduction for AVENTURER, the 85’ Jongert motor yacht. Now asking $1,250,000, and listed with Yacht Brokers Whit Kirtland and Kristen Klein, she is available under a three-year lease-to-own structure with zero interest.

Built by Jongert in 1986 to German Lloyd’s classification, AVENTURER pairs Dutch construction with a significant history of continued investment. A $2 million-plus refit completed in 2021 updated the yacht extensively, while more recent work includes new bottom coating completed in November 2024 and major Caterpillar service, generator service, rebuilt sea chests and valves, and paint touch-ups completed in March 2024. Her Flag Blue hull-side paint was completed in 2020.

AVENTURER is powered by twin Caterpillar 3306 BTA diesel engines producing 250 HP each and is equipped with 33kW and 15kW Northern Lights generators. Designed with long-range cruising in mind, she has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, low engine hours and a 2,000-nautical-mile range.

Accommodations are arranged for 10 guests across four staterooms, with separate crew quarters for two and a flex room that converts to a queen berth for additional guests or crew. Exterior spaces include a large aft deck with an oversized bar and teak dining table for 12, as well as an expansive flybridge with a 20-foot tender deck, grill station, seating and lounging areas, and workout equipment.
