The 51-foot (15.54m) motor yacht SUMMER PLACE is an exquisite vessel perfect for coastal cruising. SUMMER PLACE can be easily handled by two people and offers great amenities for cruising with family or friends. The yacht showcases classic, timeless lines designed by William Garden and an exceptional build by the legendary Vic Franck.
SUMMER PLACE can accommodate up to seven guests aboard. The yacht features two cabins below deck. The owner's stateroom is located starboard amidships. It features two single beds, a hanging locker, drawers and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The other cabin, located forward, is a V-berth bunk with a bathroom located just aft. Additionally, SUMMER PLACE has sleeping arrangements in the main salon and pilothouse.
The motor yacht's interior showcases classic styling with nautical appointments and beautiful varnished teak throughout. Entering the main salon via double-opening doors, you are greeted with a warm, welcoming ambiance. SUMMER PLACE's main salon is a great space for entertaining or relaxing with its L-shaped seating area with a coffee table that rises up to dining height. Large windows surround the space providing sensational views. SUMMER PLACE has a galley located forward of the main salon. A few steps up from the galley is the pilothouse with great visibility and a cozy seating area with a table.
SUMMER PLACE features a spacious aft deck that is perfect for socializing and lounging while enjoying the views of your cruising destination. The yacht's main deck outdoor areas feature teak decking throughout. The yacht also features a lovely open flybridge with seating. The flybridge is a great place to relax underway or sunbathe while at anchor.
In the last five years, motor yacht SUMMER PLACE had her hull and bottom taken down to bare wood and was completely repainted, with Imron used on the hull sides. The yacht also has had her windows replaced, the teak decking on the bow area replaced, received new AGM House and engine batteries, and more.
Forward and moving aft is the chain locker followed by the forward guest stateroom. To port is an enclosed head and is followed by a hanging locker and child’s berth. To starboard is the master stateroom with perpendicular berths, ensuite head with stall shower and hanging locker.
Up steps is the pilothouse with helm console to starboard and all necessary engine controls and instruments. To port and starboard are doors out to the main deck and aft of the helm is a settee with table and watch berth. Down steps is the galley area to port and starboard and the engine room access. At the end of the galley is the entertainment center and to starboard are two settees and a table.Â
The cockpit has bench seating and the transom door. The flybridge and boat deck are above the pilothouse. The flybridge helm console has all necessary engine controls and instruments. The boat deck is aft with a cargo boom.
