Jaap Havenga

My Present 
Hello, my name is Jaap Havenga and I am a Yacht Broker based out of Northrop & Johnson’s Palma office. I thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients with purchasing and selling brokerage yachts. I am dedicated to the industry and am equipped with valuable knowledge that better positions me to meet my clients' needs. My favorite part of the job is closing a sale with a happy Buyer and Seller. 

My Past
I was born and raised in the Netherlands and hold my diploma in naval architecture & marine engineering. I speak four languages, including Dutch (native), English, German and Spanish.

My first work experience was in the construction and real estate industries before I moved to Mallorca in 1993 where I entered the yachting industry as a yacht broker with De Valk yachts Spain. I’ve spent the last two decades at various companies within the yachting industry; most recently with Nautor’s Swan Brokerage.

My Future
To continue assisting my clients with all their yachting needs.

My Outside-office Life
I enjoy spending time with my family, sailing and running/hiking.
