My Present
Hi, my name is Charles Herve, Yacht Broker and proud team member at Northrop & Johnson. I’ve spent the last decade assisting international and demanding clients with numerous sales of yachts ranging from 25m to over 40m.

My Past
I always loved spending time on the water. From a young age, I dreamed of being a professional yacht captain. After finishing school, I joined a charter yacht as a deckhand to cut my teeth in the yachting industry. I enjoyed my time aboard but felt compelled to pursue another passion. I attended Skema Business School and the London-based University of Westminster, where I focused my studies on business and marketing. After graduation in 2012, I went to the South of France to join my passion for yachting with my business acumen as a yacht broker.

My favorite part of this job is knowing that my clients trust me. I like to build long-term relationships with my contacts and feel like I am participating in their future yachting experience by finding their perfect yacht and selling their current one. I do the same in my outside life. I am passionate about my longstanding friends and family and always try to have a positive attitude in making our journey extraordinary.

My Future
I would be proud to sell more hybrid or electrical yachts someday than the standard thermic-powered yachts.

The words I live by are: trust, ethics and professionalism.

My Outside-office Life
I am a big fan of the sea and the mountains and good food and cooking; this is why I love the South of France so much. I enjoy running, golfing and tennis, and weekends with family and friends in my free time.
