My Present
Hi, I’m Malika! My journey in the world of yachting began when I joined Northrop & Johnson as a Charter Broker Assistant, after graduating from the International University of Monaco with a specialization in luxury. I found my calling in the yachting industry, where my love for travel and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences converged. Assisting my team in crafting bespoke itineraries and tailoring every aspect of the journey to cater to the unique preferences and desires of clients is something I find incredibly rewarding.
My Past
I was born in the vibrant city of Tbilisi, Georgia, and soon after, my family moved to Azerbaijan. Our household was a rich tapestry of languages, with Georgian, Russian, and Polish spoken daily. As fate would have it, due to my father's Polish heritage, we eventually settled in Poland, where I spent my formative years and adolescence. Here, I attended international schools setting the stage for my linguistic journey.
My teenage years were marked by boundless curiosity and a thirst for adventure. I explored a wide array of extracurricular activities, ranging from chess and opera singing to professional pole vaulting and the study of foreign languages.
Upon graduating from high school at the age of 18, I found myself standing at a crossroads. Seeking personal growth and a chance to refine my languages skills, I embarked on an enriching chapter in Malta, deepening my linguistic abilities and broadening my multi-cultural horizons.
But my quest for exploration didn't stop there. Each year I am embarking on a globetrotting adventure, exploring diverse corners of the world. From traversing the picturesque landscapes of the Philippines to experiencing the vibrant culture of Mexico, from conquering a volcano in Indonesia to embarking on a thrilling safari in Tanzania, my travels have been nothing short of exhilarating.
The turning point in my life came a few years ago when I tragically lost my father. This heartbreaking event served as a catalyst for a deep spiritual awakening, leading me to embrace the importance of living in the present moment and cherishing every experience and connection in life.
Years later, I made the life-altering decision to relocate to Monaco to pursue further studies. This pivotal move ultimately led me to discover my true calling in the yachting industry.
My Future
My ambitions are twofold: personal and professional growth. I am resolutely committed to expanding my horizons within Northrop & Johnson and the broader yachting industry. I embrace the philosophy of lifelong learning, knowing that each day presents an opportunity to expand my knowledge and expertise.
In the long term, my ultimate objective is to become an industry expert in charter brokerage. I envision a future where clients entrust me with their dreams and aspirations, knowing that I possess the knowledge, the network, and the unwavering commitment to turn those dreams into reality. Becoming a charter broker is not just a goal; it's a passionate pursuit, and I'm eager to embrace the journey ahead.

My Outside-office Life
In my life outside of the office, I am deeply immersed in the world of spirituality, constantly seeking to expand my understanding and connection to the universe. I explore various facets, delving into the realms of energy healing, past life regression, and astrology.
My culinary adventures are another source of joy and self-expression. I find fulfillment in challenging myself daily with the creation of diverse and delectable dishes. Cooking, for me, is a form of art.
My recent focus has been on interior design, where I channel my creativity and transform my home into a personal sanctuary. Designing my own space is truly a passion.
