Hi, My name is Lidija Jakovljevic, Marketing Manager for Europe at Northrop & Johnson. My role is to drive and implement marketing initiatives across the European region, working closely with our global team and making sure the N&J name is top of mind for clients, brokers and the wider yachting industry. My Past
Before joining N&J, I was Marketing Manager at YPI CREW, where I built the marketing department from the ground up and supported yacht crew in their job search, as well as yachts in finding the right people for their teams. It was my job to make the crew shine, and it gave me huge respect for them, knowing first-hand how hard they work.
Prior to that, I spent time working across different industries, from media to e-commerce to consumer goods, gaining a solid foundation in strategy, digital advertising and content creation.
Now, with over a decade of marketing experience, I am as comfortable analysing fleet data as I am creating campaigns that resonate with a variety of audiences. My Future
I’m passionate about helping the yachting industry thrive not just as a market, but as an art form, seeing that yachts bring together engineering, design, craftsmanship and innovation on a level few industries can match.
My aim is to contribute to a healthier, more vibrant industry by connecting people, ideas, and brands with authenticity, creativity and a long-term view. Whether through marketing strategy, creative storytelling, or connecting the right people together, I'm committed to playing my part in keeping this incredible world alive and evolving. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me along the coast between Cannes and Monaco, flying my drone and capturing superyachts in their natural element. I edit and post those photos and videos on my page @superyachtsfromabove - what started as a simple hobby has grown into a community of more than 50,000 yacht lovers from around the world, something I'm genuinely proud and grateful for.
When I’m not flying the drone, exploring luxury resorts (especially in South-East Asia) or enjoying long seaside lunches with friends that tend to stretch into dinners. Fast Facts

I created and continue to grow @superyachtsfromabove, a yachting page and community with 50,000+ followers, where I share my photography and videography.
Firm believer that marketing should always be intelligent, beautiful and never boring.

Can’t resist a good data dashboard and market trends. spotting patterns and building strategies around them is what I do.
My guilty pleasure? Beach lunches in restaurants along the South of France.
