Hello, I’m Kendall, and I’m excited to be part of Northrop & Johnson’s marketing team as a Marketing Automation Specialist. In my role, I focus on optimizing marketing systems and improving campaign performance through thoughtful segmentation, data-driven strategy, and efficient execution. I help ensure campaigns are well-targeted and continuously evolving to perform at their best.
My Past
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, my career has been rooted in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and audience engagement. As a former collegiate athlete, I learned early on how to balance discipline, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset, all of which still shape how I approach my work today.
Over time, I found myself increasingly interested in what happens behind the scenes of marketing, the systems, structure, and data that keep everything running smoothly. That curiosity naturally pulled me toward marketing automation, where I really enjoy making things more efficient, organized, and impactful.
While I didn’t originally set out to work in yachting, I was drawn into the industry through marketing and quickly came to appreciate its fast-paced, detail-oriented nature. It’s an environment that keeps you thinking, moving, and constantly refining how you work, which I’ve really enjoyed.
My Future
I’m focused on continuing to build my expertise in marketing automation and data strategy, with an emphasis on creating more efficient, scalable systems. Long term, I hope to grow into a more strategic role where I can contribute to shaping marketing operations and enhancing the overall customer journey.

My Outside-Office Life
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that’s running, working out, or trying new classes. I also love spending time with friends, being outdoors, traveling, and enjoying everything South Florida has to offer.
