98’ (29.6m) Swan 98 ALIX Now for Sale

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the listing of the 98’ (29.6m) sailing yacht ALIX, offered for sale with Yacht Broker Sean McCarter at an asking price of €11,600,000.

Built in 2021 by Nautor Swan, ALIX is the third hull in the shipyard’s Swan 98 series, a line that showcases Swan’s long-standing reputation for performance and reliability.

ALIX has been very carefully maintained since her delivery and is offered in turnkey condition. More than twenty pages of bespoke upgrades have been implemented since launch, including enhanced navigation systems, upgraded AV equipment and refined soft furnishings in 2024. She is commercially coded and ready for private or charter use.

Designed by German Frers, ALIX features a powerful carbon fiber hull optimized for speed and comfort. She reaches over 12 knots under sail and performs exceptionally well on long passages. Her telescopic keel ranges from 4.9 to 3.2 meters, allowing her to easily move between deep-ocean sailing and shallow anchorages.

The exterior design follows Swan’s signature formula of clean lines and practical deck layout. The cockpit serves as the yacht’s central social area, with dining for up to ten and easy access to the aft beach club. The fold-down transom reveals a full teak platform with a 4m tender garage, seabob storage and a rain shower. The main cockpit offers dual helm stations, forward-facing sunpads and a wet bar, while the foredeck can be arranged as a private lounging area when at anchor.

The interior by Misa Poggi features light oak, durmast wood and natural stone, creating a bright, contemporary space with Nordic-Italian character. Large hull windows and skylights bring in natural light, enhancing the sense of space. The full-beam main salon combines a comfortable lounge, formal dining for eight and direct access to the aft deck through glass doors.

Accommodation is provided for up to eight guests across four ensuite cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite aft includes a king-size bed, private study and walk-in wardrobe with direct access to the beach club. Three additional guest cabins include a VIP with a queen berth and two twins, each with natural light and detailed finishes throughout.

As part of the Swan 98 series, which earned “Best Superyacht Design” at the World Superyacht Awards, ALIX carries the hallmarks of Swan’s design and performance quality.
