The 78-foot (23.77m) Marlow Marine motor yacht VK is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Bill Titus, who previously sold the yacht under the name BLUE HERON. VK is listed for $1,795,000.
Launched in 2005 by Marlow Marine as part of the brand’s 78E series, VK is outfitted with all of the options possible. This stunning yacht is well-appointed, user-friendly and has been maintained to the highest possible standards with no expenses spared. VK was launched in 2005. She has undergone a rigorous maintenance program since her launch and also has received various refits, the most recent of which took place in 2020. The yacht’s modified-V hull provides stability and safety at sea. The yacht also is outfitted with a hardtop. The use to teak over fiberglass aboard VK provides added strength, but reduced weight, which allows refused fuel consumption and increased range. The yacht has a maximum speed of 26 knots. She cruises at 17 knots. The beam of VK is 20 feet (6.2m); her shallow five-foot (1.55m) draft allows her to visit almost any port of call.
Inviting and well laid out, the interior of VK is ideal for entertaining or relaxing. The main deck features a beautiful salon with a built-in settee and a large HD TV. Formal dining also is found on the main deck, forward of the salon. A large dining table, built-in wine cooler and wet bar are located in this space to provide ease of service. VK’s galley also is located forward of the pilothouse. It has stunning black granite counters that offer a copious amount of workspace.
Seven guests can enjoy restful nights at sea aboard VK in the yacht’s four staterooms. She offers a full-beam master, a VIP and two guest staterooms. Two crewmembers also are accommodated aboard VK.
The deck spaces of VK are equally as impressive as her interior. The yacht has several alfresco dining offerings as well as outdoor lounge spaces and tender storage.
