KAOS Sold by Northrop & Johnson

Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 122-foot (37m) luxury motor yacht KAOS by Northrop & Johnson Yacht Brokers Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle, acting on behalf of the seller.

KAOS was launched in 2010 by famed yacht builder Sanlorenzo. The yacht is impeccably styled, both inside and out. She features sleek exterior lines and exceptionally comfortable interior spaces where her new owners and guests will find relaxation and on-water enjoyment. The yacht’s three decks are well laid out and extremely spacious. She features a swim platform from which water access is easy. The yacht’s main- deck aft offers alfresco dining, as does the bridge deck ft. The sundeck is ideally suited for lounging in the sunshine and balmy breezes or soaking in the Jacuzzi. 

The interior spaces of KAOS feature welcoming layouts and sumptuous furnishings. The main salon is perfectly suited for entertaining and unwinding. Large windows surround this space, providing exemplary views and abundant natural light. The yacht’s formal dining table is found forward of the main salon on this deck. KAOS features five splendid staterooms that welcome up to 11 guests. These staterooms include a large full-beam master with a beautiful and contemporary en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. The yacht’s additional staterooms are equally well-appointed and comfortable.

The yacht is outfitted with Zero Speed stabilizers, an ASEA shore converter, powerful Caterpillar engines with low hours and a large aft tender garage. She is Bureau Veritas classified and MCA compliant. The yacht’s hull was repainted in 2017 in a stunning shade of light gray. KAOS will provide her new owner with an elevated level of on-water luxury and an exceptional level of privacy.
