Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the 110’ (34m) raised pilothouse motor yacht ELYSIUM I is now offered for sale, represented by Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson.
Built to commercial coding and having completed her five-year survey in 2024, ELYSIUM I represents one of the most complete and market-ready Riva 110 Dolcevita examples currently available, combining immediate usability with strong charter appeal.
Riva’s reputation for blending performance, luxury and engineering refinement is fully expressed in ELYSIUM I. Beneath the GRP superstructure, a stainless-steel structural framework allows for exceptionally large main-deck windows with minimal vertical pillars, resulting in a main salon filled with natural light and uninterrupted sea views, more akin to a contemporary waterfront apartment than a traditional flybridge yacht.
Exterior styling by Officina Italiana Design in collaboration with Ferretti Group engineering delivers the clean, confident lines that define modern Riva design. Expansive deck spaces are arranged for outdoor living, with al fresco dining on two levels, integrated bars and multiple shaded lounging areas that suit both private ownership and charter operations.
Inside, ELYSIUM I features a highly customised interior specification, exceeding the standard Dolcevita configuration. Stainless steel inlays, stitched leather panels, monogrammed hardware and substantial marble detailing underline Riva’s meticulous attention to finish and brand identity, while high-gloss surfaces and a rigorous, rectilinear layout enhance volume and the sense of openness throughout the main salon.
Accommodation is arranged for up to 11 guests in five cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite is positioned forward on the main deck and finished in striped tropical rosewood veneer contrasted with white lacquer, with large windows, generous headroom, ample storage and a private en-suite creating a calm, luxurious retreat. Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck, accessed via a central lobby and sized comparably for comfort and flexibility. One cabin features sliding berths and an additional Pullman, ideal for families or charter groups. Crew accommodation is for five across three en-suite cabins, with discreet access via the galley.
On deck, the main aft deck is arranged for shaded formal dining, while the flybridge is divided into multiple social zones including an aft lounge, central bar and generous dining table, with a large fixed hardtop providing shade across most of the deck. Forward, the foredeck offers private seating ahead of the bridge and two separate sunbathing areas leading toward the bow. At anchor, the aft garage door converts into a substantial bathing platform, enhancing access to the water.
Built and maintained to commercial standards, equipped with zero-speed stabilizers and capable of reaching 26 knots, ELYSIUM I delivers the rare combination of performance, luxury and charter capability that few yachts in her class can match.
