€850,000 Price Reduction on 116’ (35m) Sunseeker Motor Yacht NOROADER

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €850,000 price reduction on the 116′ (35.36m) Sunseeker motor yacht NOROADER, now offered for sale at €9,990,000 with Northrop & Johnson Sales Brokers Matt Palmer and Ed Dickinson.

Delivered in 2020 and extensively upgraded in 2023, NOROADER is one of the highest-specification Sunseeker 116s currently on the market. She was built to the shipyard’s Platinum specification and further enhanced with a substantial list of bespoke upgrades, many of which were added with extended cruising, entertaining and charter use in mind.

Her 2023 refit refreshed both the interior and exterior areas, with new dark wood flooring, soft furnishings and lighting introduced across the main and upper decks. The flybridge was also significantly reworked and now features a new bar, a large dining table with bench seating, two oversized circular daybeds, a retractable roof section and an extending canopy. A concealed 42-inch television and integrated sound system complete the entertainment setup.

Forward, the foredeck is arranged around a raised Jacuzzi with wide surrounding sunpads. A separate seating area with bench seating and a height-adjustable table sits just aft and can be shaded when required. The space also converts into an open-air cinema using a four-metre screen.

At water level, NOROADER’s hydraulic beach club provides direct access to the sea, while the upgraded tender garage is configured to carry up to four Seabobs with dedicated chargers, two Jet Skis and a custom inflatable dock pontoon. A Fiart 32 Seawalker chase tender is also available under separate negotiation.

The interior is finished in a contemporary style, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing natural light into the main salon and dining area. NOROADER accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, including a main-deck master suite with a private lounge and split-level en-suite, two VIP doubles and two convertible twin cabins with Pullman berths.

Maintained by a dedicated crew of seven, NOROADER has an established charter record and is presented in turnkey condition.
