The 72’ (21.95m) Elliott DON JUAN is now for sale with Yacht Broker Robert Petrina. The luxury motor yacht is asking $1,350,000.
DON JUAN is the last Elliott ever built and has been beautifully maintained by her original owner since her launch. The yacht was hauled, and new engines and generators were installed in 1996. She has cruised the waters of the Galapagos Islands to Valdez, Alaska, and is ready to take her next owners to their dream destinations. The yacht features wide side decks allowing easy access to all exterior areas, an expansive cockpit for fishing and diving and a sizeable boat deck for a large runabout tender. DON JUAN’s bulbous bow contributed to her efficiency and seaworthiness.
Guests will enjoy DON JUAN’s comfortable interior spaces that comprise a spacious main salon, well-equipped galley and dining area for 10. The surrounding windows allow a constant flow of natural light and excellent views of the passing scenery. The aft-facing windows open up to allow fresh air and direct visibility of the cockpit. A sunk-in bar and small convertible settee complete the yacht’s main salon area. DON JUAN’s pilothouse features large windows, a huge day bunk and a settee with a large table. The teak found throughout the yacht’s interior adds a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Ten guests are accommodated in three cabins and one guest on the convertible bunk in the salon. The owner’s suite features a walkaround queen bed and a private navigation cabinet to view the radar and chart plotters. Further accommodations include a VIP cabin with a queen bed, a guest cabin with a double bed and a single bunk and a guest/crew cabin with upper and lower bunks. Each cabin has access to an en-suite bathroom and ample storage.
DON JUAN features a dedicated utility room with a custom freezer, tool bench and laundry equipment. Her massive cockpit is the star of her exterior spaces with three large bait tanks and the tower offers an extra vantage point for spotting fish from long distances. DON JUAN’s flybridge is a great place to step away from the action below and relax on the sunbeds under the Bimini top.
