DON JUAN, the 72' (21.95m) Elliott Yacht Fisher built in 1983, is the last Elliott ever built and still owned by her original owner. She carries a pedigree and authenticity that is increasingly difficult to find, paired with proven capability having traveled from the Galapagos Islands to Valdez Alaska on her own bottom.

Purpose-built as a long range yacht fisher with incredible range at an economical 10 knots, DON JUAN is designed for serious offshore use. She is built on an Airex cored hull from Buck Smith and finished at Elliott Boats in Venice, CA, delivering durability and efficiency. Key equipment includes Naiad stabilizers, a tower for spotting fish, and Furuno CH 250 sonar, supporting both comfort underway and high-level fishing capability.

Inside, the yacht showcases beautiful teak cabinetry throughout the entire salon and galley. The main salon features a massive teak dining table with seating for 10 adults, huge salon windows for great visibility and natural light, and a sunk-in bar. The large galley is fully equipped with, while the pilothouse offers large windows, a huge day bunk, and a full array of electronics with advanced fish-finding equipment.

Accommodations include four guest cabins for up to 10 guests and two crew. The owner’s stateroom to port features a walk-around double wide bed, private en-suite head and shower, navigation cabinet, and 20” TV. The VIP stateroom offers a double wide bed plus single bunk with en-suite, while the guest stateroom includes a double bed with shared head. A crew stateroom with upper and lower bunks completes the layout.

DON JUAN is defined by her massive cockpit for fishing and diving, outfitted with three massive bait tanks, a full beam fish hold, huge tackle storage, and fresh and saltwater washdowns. The flybridge and boat deck feature a helm station, large sunbeds, and a 16’ runabout tender with davits, while the wide side decks and tower enhance movement and visibility throughout.

With her custom-built long-range capability, expansive fishing setup, and original ownership history, DON JUAN stands apart as a highly capable and authentic yacht fisher ready for her next chapter.
