58’ (18m) West Bay 3TEN Sold

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of 3TEN, a 58’ (18m) West Bay Cockpit Motor Yacht built in 1997. Yacht Broker Tom Corkett represented the sale. The yacht was last asking $535,000.

3TEN combines practical cruising capabilities, a three-stateroom layout and an extensive list of recent mechanical and maintenance updates. Designed for comfortable coastal cruising, she features a 4’11” draft, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 22 knots. Her stabilization system enhances comfort underway, while bow and stern thrusters allow for easier maneuvering in close quarters.

Following a haul-out for bottom maintenance, 3TEN received new bottom paint and reconditioned propellers. Additional improvements include new bridge hatches and complete servicing of the engines and generators. The starboard engine has recorded just 87 hours since SMOH, further highlighting the attention given to her mechanical upkeep.

Inside, three well-appointed staterooms provide accommodations for owners and guests. The full-width amidships master stateroom features a walk-around queen berth and adjoining head with shower, while the forward VIP offers a centerline queen berth and its own adjoining head and shower. A third stateroom to port includes upper and lower single berths with separate access to the shared head and shower.

Outdoor amenities include a cockpit-style aft deck finished with custom carpeting, providing a comfortable setting for relaxing and entertaining. A 12’ Nouvrania tender with a 40HP Mercury engine adds convenience for excursions ashore.
