Yacht Broker Malcolm Moss Joins Northrop & Johnson in Palma

Posted October 16, 2026 in Company

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to welcome Malcolm Moss to its sales team in Palma.

Malcolm brings decades of experience in the international marine industry, spanning yacht sales and brokerage, dealership management, yacht representation, and independent consultancy. His background covers several sides of the yacht business and he has owned and managed multi-brand dealerships for leading shipyards, represented yacht brands and worked as an independent yacht adviser.

Along the way, he has developed a detailed understanding of shipyard operations, yacht specification, interior integration and the technical realities of modern motor yachts. Much of Malcolm’s professional life has been closely connected to the Mediterranean, particularly the Balearics and Monaco. His time in these markets has allowed him to build relationships across the international yachting community, including with owners, shipyards, designers and fellow brokers, while gaining a strong perspective on the Mediterranean’s place within the wider global superyacht market.

Malcolm’s broader expertise allows him to bring together the appropriate technical and industry resources when a client’s requirements extend beyond the sale or acquisition itself. At Northrop & Johnson, Malcolm will draw on his long-established network, commercial experience and independent advisory background to work with clients considering larger and more complex yachts.
