Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the listing of the Trinity motor yacht NO BAD IDEAS, represented by Yacht Broker Alex Rogers, with an asking price of $21,900,000. The yacht will be on display with Northrop & Johnson at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 29 to November 2.
Following a transformative $20 million, two-year refit completed in April 2024, NO BAD IDEAS has emerged as the most extensively updated Trinity yacht in existence. Now offered in like-new condition, she represents a turnkey opportunity for discerning buyers seeking a yacht that combines proven pedigree with modern capability.
The scope of technical work is unmatched. NO BAD IDEAS’s hull was extended by 10 feet, her keel lengthened by approximately 25 feet, and 27 tons of ballast added for optimal stability. More than 60% of her hull plating was renewed, while all through-hulls, stern tubes, rudder foils, and stabilizer foundations were replaced or re-engineered. Her rudders were enlarged by 25%, significantly improving maneuverability and control.
Above deck, a redesigned superstructure features a new mast and hardtop, a reimagined flybridge with Jacuzzi, custom bar, and U-shaped dining, as well as a rebuilt Portuguese bridge lounge with fire pit seating. Dual 10-person Jacuzzis, expansive alfresco dining, and a new Shark Gray Awlgrip hull with Matterhorn White superstructure emphasize her bold, modern presence.
Inside, NO BAD IDEAS was comprehensively redesigned by A La Mer. Highlights include a main deck VIP spa suite with convertible massage table, a light-filled main salon with automated sliding doors, and a sky lounge with 85” TV, surround sound, self-playing baby grand piano, and built-in cigar humidor.
Her six-stateroom layout sleeps 12 guests, including a full-beam master with his-and-her en-suite and two walk-in closets, two VIP suites with king beds and dual-vanity en-suites, two convertible guest cabins, and the main deck spa suite.
Equipped for adventure, NO BAD IDEAS carries a 17’ Walker Bay tender with 115hp Yamaha, four Sea-Doo jet skis, underwater scooters, a dive compressor, and a full suite of inflatables including a dock, slide, and climbing wall.
With her ABS Class survey recently completed and every major component rebuilt or replaced, NO BAD IDEAS is both future-proofed and charter-ready.
