Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €340,000 price reduction on the 127’ (39m) Ada Yacht Works LE PIETRE. Built in 2009 and refitted in 2024, the classic sailing yacht is now asking €3,650,000. The yacht is represented by Yacht Brokers Monty Batt from Northrop & Johnson’s Monaco office and Ugur Sahin from the firm’s Turkey office.

LE PIETRE is a custom-built sailing yacht with exterior design by Onur Tekin and interiors by Hale Doke. She accommodates eight guests in four en-suite cabins, including two master cabins, a VIP cabin and a twin guest cabin. Her RINA Charter Class classification also gives her a specification suited to private use or charter operations.

The 2024 refit included new teak decks, an upgraded engine room and completion of a two-year RINA survey. Further work during winter 2025-2026 included servicing of the main engines and generators, refurbishment of the air-conditioning units, cleaning of the diesel tanks, replacement of 12 stationary batteries and maintenance of the onboard pumps. The yacht has also undergone regular annual dry-dock maintenance and surveys.

Her warm wood interior is designed around practical guest spaces. Large windows in the main salon bring natural light into the room, which has a port-side seating area and an eight-person dining table to starboard. The forward master has a central bed, marble bathroom, seating and storage, while the aft master includes a small lounge and a desk that can also serve as an office.

On deck, the aft dining area seats eight beneath a sun awning. The foredeck has a U-shaped lounge with a convertible table, providing space for up to 12 guests for outdoor dining and socialising. A hydraulic stern passerelle provides access to the water.

LE PIETRE is powered by twin 455 HP Cummins engines, giving her a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots. At an economic speed of 8.5 knots, her range is approximately 850 nautical miles. Her sailing equipment includes an aluminium mast and boom, four sails and Harken power winches.

For buyers considering a 39-metre sailing yacht, LE PIETRE combines four-cabin accommodation, RINA Charter Class, a 2024 refit and a practical cruising specification, with her asking price now reduced to €3,650,000.
