110’ (33m) Riva ELYSIUM I Now Asking €9,500,000

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €490,000 price reduction on the 110’ (33m) Riva ELYSIUM I. The 2019 Riva 110 Dolcevita is now asking €9,500,000 and is listed for sale with Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson.

ELYSIUM I is a performance-oriented raised pilothouse motor yacht and a strong example of Riva’s 110 Dolcevita series. She has been with the same owner since new and has been kept in excellent condition throughout. She was built to commercial coding and completed her five-year survey in 2024, giving buyers the reassurance of a yacht that has been properly maintained and is ready to use.

Her exterior design comes from Officina Italiana Design in collaboration with the Ferretti Group engineering team, while a stainless-steel framework within the superstructure allows for unusually large windows across the main deck.

This makes a real difference inside. The main salon feels open and bright, with wide views out to the water. The interior itself was also highly customised when the yacht was built, with stainless-steel detailing, stitched leather, marble and bespoke Riva finishes used throughout.

Accommodation is arranged for up to 11 guests across five cabins. The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck and spans the full beam, with large windows, good headroom, plenty of storage and a private ensuite. Four further guest cabins are located on the lower deck, including one with sliding berths and an additional Pullman, giving the layout useful flexibility for families or charter guests.

A central bar and large dining table sit beneath the fixed hardtop, with further seating aft. Forward, the foredeck offers private seating and two separate sunbathing areas.

At the stern, the garage door lowers to create a large bathing platform, giving easy access to the water when at anchor.

ELYSIUM I is also a capable performer, reaching speeds of up to 26 knots and benefiting from zero-speed stabilizers for additional comfort.
