Often heralded as the unofficial start of the winter yacht charter season, the Antigua Charter Show is one of the most anticipated gatherings on the yachting calendar. Each year, the balmy shores of Antigua come alive with the buzz of brokers and crew preparing for a week that sets the tone for the Caribbean season. From December 4 to 9, the docks of Nelson’s Dockyard will host the hottest charter yachts available in the Caribbean and The Bahamas, welcoming industry professionals to experience the creativity and charisma that define the world of luxury chartering.
Northrop & Johnson proudly arrives at the 2025 Antigua Charter Yacht Show with one of the largest and most dynamic fleets on display. Nine exceptional superyachts—STARFIRE, RoMa, VALINOR, FIFI, CHASING DAYLIGHT, KING BABY, FABULOUS CHARACTER, AMICA MEA, and CAPTAIN MORGAN III—will represent N&J’s global charter collection. Each yacht embodies a unique personality and showcases the artistry and passion of the crew who bring them to life. The Antigua Charter Show is, above all else, about people: the Captains, Chefs, and crewmembers whose talent transforms every charter into something unforgettable.
Among the standouts, STARFIRE continues to impress with her adventurous spirit. This year, she’s hosting a Brokers Surf Morning on Sunday, December 7, taking six brokers out behind her Ski Nautique for an early start on the waves. Beneath the surface, STARFIRE also shines with her exceptional diving program, led by a fully certified dive instructor and a crew of experienced divers, ensuring safety, confidence, and adventure in equal measure.
FIFI, a brand-new custom line, makes her Caribbean debut this year, representing the next generation of contemporary charter yachts. Her design is sleek, sophisticated, and purpose-built for barefoot luxury. AMICA MEA, by contrast, brings a warm sense of familiarity to the fleet, with 11 full-time crew and an emphasis on light, personalized service, ideal for guests seeking refined relaxation. Meanwhile, CHASING DAYLIGHT will host an “All About Alaska” event in collaboration with Cookson, offering an imaginative escape to one of her more unexpected cruising grounds.
The show’s energy peaks during the Chef and Tablescaping Competitions, where every N&J yacht will participate. These events have long been the soul of the Antigua Charter Show; it’s a chance for crew to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and flair for presentation. The results are always breathtaking: tables turned into works of art, dishes plated with precision and personality, and service that captures the essence of each yacht’s identity.

For many, the intimate Brokers Lunch onboard each yacht is a highlight of the week, allowing the yachts to display what sets them, and the crew, apart from the rest.
This year’s calendar is brimming with excitement both on and off the docks. N&J will host a Captain’s Dinner on Wednesday, December 3, sponsored by MTN, IGY Marinas, IGY Trident, and Starboard Card, bringing together Captains and crew for an evening of celebration. Throughout the week, brokers can take part in the N&J Yacht Challenge, visiting as many of our yachts as possible for a chance to win an invitation to the Orange Party, hosted onboard RoMa on December 7 and sponsored by VSF, a fitting finale to an extraordinary week.
Beyond the show, the Caribbean season is already taking shape. St. Barth’s and the BVI remain perennial favorites, even amid evolving regulations, while more guests are seeking privacy and active adventures, from snorkeling and diving to hiking and secluded beach picnics. It’s a season that reflects what Northrop & Johnson does best: curating experiences that balance relaxation with exploration.
