An open-air cantina serving vibrant Latin-inspired fare, it’s the go-to for sundowners and sharing plates, where colorful cocktails meet spectacular sunsets over Hamilton Harbour. For something more casual, Crown & Anchor is the all-day heart of the hotel. A relaxed bar and brasserie, it’s as suited to a leisurely breakfast as it is to a late-night sports screening – accompanied by the hotel’s warm service.

Add in an infinity pool with private cabanas, a private beach club at Sinky Bay, and an impressive pop art collection featuring Warhol, Hirst, and many others, and the Princess more than earns its reputation as the place to dock and dine while cruising Bermuda.

Intrepid Steak, Seafood & Raw Bar is open Monday through Saturday for dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with cocktails served from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, and reservations are essential for securing a table.

The seasonal 1609 Bar & Restaurant, open from April to October, welcomes guests daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. With its popular waterfront setting, reservations are recommended.

Crown & Anchor Restaurant is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and maintains a smart casual dress code. Reservations are recommended for this all-day dining venue.
