October 2020 Sales Round Up

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the following five yachts that took place in the month of October.

The 133-foot (40.5m) SERQUE was sold by Yacht Broker Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the seller. SERQUE was custom-built by Broward in 1995 and was completely rebuilt in 2008. The superyacht showcases the best of today’s luxury as well as a beautiful, classic interior by Genesis Ychtline in Viareggio, Italy.

The 122-foot (37.2m) ATLANTIDE was sold in-house by Yacht Broker Hank Halstead. ALANTIDE has a fascinating 90-year history that has gone full circle. The yacht was built in 1930 as a tender to Sir William Burton’s fleet of J-Class 12Meters and is now, once again going to be a tender to a J-Class sailing yacht.

The 103-foot (31.5m) AVELINE was sold by Yacht Broker Jim Poulsen representing the seller.  Motor yacht AVELINE is a Maiora 31D that showcases a timeless exterior styling and a luxurious, modern interior. AVELINE showcases fantastic living areas that are perfect for entertaining and offers accommodations for up to eight guests.

The 65-foot (19.81m) LIVIN was sold within 41 days by Yacht Broker Kevin Kramer, acting on behalf of the seller. The luxury motor yacht LIVIN was built by McKinna in 2003. This yacht features impressive living spaces with all the comforts of home as well as accommodations for six guests.

The 30-foot (9.1m) Cutwater OHANA was sold by Yacht Broker Paul Daubner, representing the buyer and seller. OHANA is a perfect family cruiser offering onboard livability, luxury and convenience.
