My Present Hi, my name is Louisa Gallimore. I joined N&J in 2022 to set up a European division of its Crew Services department. Every day brings a unique experience as no two days are the same in my line of work. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my job is the opportunity to meet new and fascinating people on a daily basis. Each encounter brings a fresh perspective. I am fortunate to have a team of colleagues who are not only highly professional, successful, and kind, but also possess a wonderful sense of humor, making the workplace a joyful and exciting environment.
My Past Before moving to France, I worked in investment banking and financial PR in London. I then worked in Sydney, Australia, before moving to France in 2004. For the past 18 years, I have worked in the maritime industry specializing in the recruitment of superyacht crew.

Fast Facts
I had my first yachting experience aged just six days old, sailing across the English Channel in a 30' sail yacht with my family
I love horse racing and you'll often find me in Cheltenham on race days trying my best to pick a winner
I have a real interest in crew well-being and am currently studying maritime mental health awareness during my spare time
A keen (yet very slow!) runner, I have completed the Nice-Cannes marathon, as well as several of the local half marathons
