My Present
Hi, my name is Hannah Lackraj. I am a Junior Staff Accountant at Northrop & Johnson. My role with the company is to Accurately prepare, code and process customer invoices, review charter agreements for completeness and accuracy, analyze and balance the disbursement of funds, set up wires, prepare journal entries, and a variety of other tasks. My favorite part of this role is that every day I get to learn new things. I consider myself fortunate to work in a field that is always growing with new capabilities and Ideas. I am happy to be a part of this great accounting team and to learn, grow and expand my career with N&J.
My Past
I am originally from Trinidad & Tobago. I moved to north Miami in 2004 and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. My first accounting role led me to the boating industry and I love the environment and the uniqueness of this industry.
My Future
I plan to eventually grow in my role from Junior Staff Accountant to Staff Accountant, then Senior Staff Accountant and so on. I hope to be a stellar financial analyst.
