I manage the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing and event initiatives across our U.S. operations — connecting brand vision with unforgettable client experiences. With a background in luxury, performance, and high-touch client engagement, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, organization, and relationship-building to elevate how the Northrop & Johnson brand is experienced.
My Past Born in Heidelberg, Germany, and culturally rooted in Puerto Rico, my upbringing was shaped by a military family lifestyle that allowed me to experience diverse cities, cultures, and perspectives — cultivating adaptability, poise, and a global mindset from an early age.
My first career was on stage as a professional ballerina, performing with companies such as Ballet El Paso, Boston Ballet, and Sarasota Ballet. For over two decades, I developed an unwavering standard of excellence, discipline, and precision — values that continue to guide my leadership and work ethic today.
I later earned my undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. After more than a decade living in Florida, my love for the ocean and life on the water naturally led me to the maritime industry — where performance, precision, and presentation meet.
My Future Professionally, I am focused on expanding Northrop & Johnson’s brand presence, strengthening client engagement, and delivering high-impact marketing and event strategies that drive growth and brand distinction across the U.S. market.

My Outside-Office Life Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time on the water, soaking up the Florida sun, and making memories with family, friends, and my beloved puppy. I love to travel, dance, explore new places, and embrace spontaneous adventures — and I also indulge my passion for real estate, helping others find spaces they can truly call home.
