My Present
Hi! I’m Dustin Caromano, Head of Digital, Lead Generation, and Content at Northrop & Johnson. In my role, I am responsible for ensuring a fully cohesive and coordinated approach to our digital channels through the development and implementation of innovative and integrated marketing strategies. I have a passion for all things digital marketing and make it my mission to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
I am excited to be a part of an award-winning, passionate, and dynamic organization focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and partners. My mission is to challenge the status quo, while still staying true to the established DNA at Northrop & Johnson.

My Past
Originally from the Midwest, I relocated to Orlando, Florida over 10 years ago to progress in my career. Little did I know then that it would lead me to meet my fiancé, who later convinced me to head down to South Florida where winters are a stark difference from those I endured back in Indiana – and I absolutely love it! The phrase “I live where you vacation” could not be more accurate.
I have 15 years of experience in travel and hospitality digital marketing, specifically in the upper-upscale, lifestyle, and luxury travel environments. At Hilton Worldwide, I was responsible for leading the eCommerce and Marketing efforts for a portfolio of over 220 assets across 13 iconic brands while transforming our commercial services to align with the needs of owners and operators. For the last two and half years, I led a team of global marketing advisors in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies for a boutique travel advisory firm. My team was focused on driving direct channel share and commercial performance for prestigious and renowned global brands such as Viceroy, Hard Rock Hotels, 1 Hotels, Fouquet, and PUBLIC. I am passionate about removing department silos and empowering collaboration. I pride myself on being a servant leader, a compass that has served me well and believe that together, we can accomplish anything.

My Outside-Office Life
In my free time, you can find me at the gym focused on improving my physical and mental performance. It’s also one of my favorite places to brainstorm and think creatively. A proud “plant dad” and father of 3 fur babies (Rose, Jasmine and Bentley), you may also find me tending to my garden, or taking my little monsters for a walk. Or maybe they take me for a walk. Yet to be determined.

My Future
As I embark on this exciting new journey with N&J and navigate uncharted waters, I have made it my mission to become well acquainted with the voice of the customer to ensure that our digital strategies exceed expectations and deliver an unparalleled experience. Leveraging technology to better communicate and connect with our customers will be key to our collective success, and I’m honored to be working with a team of this caliber to deliver meaningful results.

I taught myself how to walk on my hands. I love to flip things around, quite literally.
I was once a marching member of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corp.
I love to bake from scratch, especially during the holidays. I have a great potato chip cookie recipe that will change your life.
I marched in the 2000 inaugural parade for George W. Bush.
