My Present In my role as Charter Marketing Coordinator, I support the charter marketing team by managing yacht listings, coordinating marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all platforms. Collaboration is central to my role, and I enjoy working closely with brokers, charter managers, and partners to help deliver a seamless and elevated client experience.
Previously, I spent over three years with Northrop & Johnson in the Business Intelligence team, where I developed a strong foundation in data accuracy, CRM and data management, and cross-departmental collaboration . This experience allowed me to bring both analytical insight and a high level of attention to detail to my role.
My Past
Originally from the North of England, I moved to Monaco five years ago. Prior to joining Northrop & Johnson, I held roles in management, business development and worked as an ambassador for an aviation company, building a strong background in client relations and brand representation.
My Future
As I continue my career in yachting, I am focused on expanding my industry knowledge by learning from my experienced colleagues and continuing to deepen my understanding of charter operations. Looking ahead, my goal is to progress into a role where I can manage and grow a charter fleet of my own.

My grandfather built yachts in Malta I play the guitar and have performed in a band I am an avid hiker and have scaled some of the most challenging peaks in England
