Hello, my name is Holly Riemer, and I'm thrilled to be a part of N&J's Charter Marketing team. With nearly two decades of immersion in the yachting industry, I bring a wealth of experience to this dynamic and innovative team.
My Past
Born in Reading, England, I spent my formative years in South Africa, Nairobi and Abu Dhabi growing up. Travel has always been both a privilege and a constant in my life.
Following a decade of service on several busy charter yachts, I took a break to focus on our growing family. I then returned to the industry as a charter broker for a boutique yacht brokerage, before eventually moving into charter management. Leveraging my firsthand experiences on yachts and benefiting from my husband's perspective as a yacht captain, I offer a unique understanding of yacht owners, crew, and charter guests. This insight allows me to provide personalized services to each of my clients.
My Future
I'm excited about the prospect of working alongside some of the industry's best, making full use of the extensive resources available at Northrop & Johnson to ensure that I not only meet but exceed the expectations of both my clients and colleagues.

My Outside Office Life
Family and friends who are like family are everything to me. I have three beautiful children with my husband in Delray Beach. My husband is one of five siblings and I am one of three, so vacations are spent getting cousins together and picking new spots around the world to meet. When at home, I love to catch up with friends, read a book, go to the beach and take my dog for a run.
