My Present My name is Aniella, Charter Marketing Manager at Northrop & Johnson. I work closely with our fleet Captains and yacht owners to strategically position each vessel for success on the international charter market. From targeted marketing campaigns and event exposure to yacht listing optimization and reporting, I’m dedicated to helping each yacht in our fleet reach its full charter potential. I'm proud to be part of this exceptional team and contribute to the fleet's continued success.
My Past I grew up on the North Norfolk Coast and have always loved being close to the sea. After finishing my studies, I spent several years travelling between the Greek islands as a sailing instructor during the summer seasons, while also working with a busy holiday operator managing winter logistics operations in the French Alps. Eventually, I found myself in Antibes, where I took on the role of Jet Ski instructor.
I soon fell in love with the area and spent six years managing operations for a small yachting company, overseeing crew training, as well as water toy and yacht tender sales.
My Future I look forward to growing the N&J fleet in Europe and helping each one of our yachts reach its full potential on the market. I am excited to continue to work closely with and learn from my incredible colleagues, as we work to deliver the highest standard of service and results for our clients.
My Life Outside the Office When I’m not in the office, I love exploring the stunning region. We’re lucky enough to call home. From kayaking and rock climbing to sailing and skiing, there’s no shortage of incredible activities, especially when they come with such breathtaking scenery. It truly is an amazing place to live and work.
Fast Facts I enjoy baking and will often bring in my creations for the team to test out! I love traveling and immersing myself in new cultures.
