Sacha Williams joins Northrop & Johnson as Global Charter Marketing Director.
With impressive intellect, authenticity and enthusiasm, Sacha brings a new creative strategy, nurturing insight and expert communication to Northrop & Johnson’s charter marketing division. Sacha’s impressive background precedes her. She spent time as a yacht crewmember herself before transitioning ashore to work in the land-based yachting sector. Sacha was Head of Charter Marketing at Edmiston & Company in Monaco. While there, she worked hard to increase profitability, introduce and improve strategy, facilitate collaboration and website design, and refine client relations.
After five years, Sacha moved to Camper & Nicholsons International as a Global Charter Marketing Director, where she implemented new recruitment, training and marketing strategies. Through her unique approach, Sacha was responsible for considerable growth at CNI, including a remarkable increase in profitability.
Additionally, Sacha led an industry-first initiative with the celebrated “crew coach,” providing professional development to fleet captains and crew to enhance performance and help with the people skills so integral to this industry. As an authority on charter marketing strategy, Sacha was invited by Monaco Yacht Show, Boat International and MYBA to speak as an industry expert. She also intimately understands the charter market, having brought pioneering yachts into the spotlight, such as the polar explorer LEGEND, the iconic OCTOPUS, KHALILAH and the ground-breaking LAMIMA.
