Sacha Williams

My Present 
I'm Sacha Williams, Northrop & Johnson's Global Charter Marketing Director. My role is special in that I am more of a mentor to the charter team, coaching, guiding and assisting them in any way I can. We all share the common goal of growing and nurturing our fleet of fantastic yachts while constantly trying new ideas and strategies to up our game. Our team is responsible for looking after the most exciting assets in the world. I am very keen to implement ways to improve our service and efficiency and enhance our industry as a whole. Charter marketing is a complex, fascinating and innovative department that simultaneously dips into many different branches of the industry.

I'm a founding member of Young Professionals in Yachting in Monaco and a regular speaker at industry events. My unique approach, boundless enthusiasm and insight, along with more than 15 years of experience in yachting, help me drive business results and take charter marketing to new heights. I believe my proven track record demonstrates my level of investment to my clients and colleagues, and the many successes we have shared are a testament to our creative strategy and expert communication.

My Past
After graduating from the University of Wales, I left my hometown of Swansea for warmer climates and put my degree in French and Italian to good use on the Cote d'Azur. My journey in the yachting industry began as crew. I worked my way up to become the Head of Charter Marketing at Edmiston & Company, then led the Charter Marketing team at Camper & Nicholsons.

I joined N&J in March 2022, and I feel it is the best company for me to utilize my skills with such an extraordinarily large fleet of yachts. The American market is fascinating. With so much opportunity and so many intricacies, I saw this as an exciting place to be, especially south Florida.

My Future
I am excited to explore my new home base and more parts of the U.S. I'd like to get out there and do more sailing with my family, and I'm also interested in mastering the art of kitesurfing.

On the yachting side, I am keenly interested in exploration yachts, particularly those that participate in yachting for good and yachts for science programs. I absolutely love the adventure side of yachting. That, I think, is the future of yachting: freedom, adventure and making positive contributions.

My Outside-office Life
Outside of the office, I am a mom bringing up two beautiful daughters. I thoroughly enjoy reading, especially non-fiction novels about the complexities of the human mind.
